Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1-2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocados with a fork until smooth or leave some chunks if you prefer a chunky texture.
